That’s a lot of candy

halloween We processed 1,294,736 transactions at OLS’ flagship Acquirer-side payment systems implementation yesterday.  Friday’s the peak day of the week there anyway, but the numbers got goosed by Halloween falling on a Saturday.  Over a million of the transactions were to service ‘core’ payment requests (Debit, Credit, EBT and Check).

We’ll probably see another like-sized day today as retail customers across our client’s four US time zone presence stock up for Trick or Treat duties.
